I am a Data + AI leader with a career spanning hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and the delivery of data-intensive platforms across different industries. Whether I am shaping an architecture or working through an implementation detail, my focus is the same: making complex data systems reliable, scalable, and genuinely useful. My current toolkit centers on Databricks, AI Agents, PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, SQL, Python, Azure, and Terraform. I enjoy moving between code, infrastructure, architecture, and delivery rather than treating them as separate concerns.

Leadership, to me, is still part of the engineering work. I review designs and code, unblock engineers, align technical decisions with business needs, and help distributed teams deliver with confidence. My style is collaborative, direct, and improvement-minded: give people context and ownership, keep standards clear, and leave systems and teams stronger than I found them. Away from the keyboard, travel feeds the same curiosity and openness that I bring to solving problems and working with people.
